This class will walk students through the basic of soldering including, basic safety and prep of using a soldering iron, proper soldering technique, how to solder wire to wire, wire to terminals, and soldering through hole components on a printed circuit board. The students will then be guided through assembling a small electronics kit which they will take home with them along with the soldering iron they use in class.
