What can you do with it?
Plasma cutting is a way of cutting through electrically conductive material using a hot jet of plasma. Built by Triple Cities Makerspace members, this plasma cutter can precisely cut stainless steel, regular steel, aluminum, brass and copper.
It makes very precise cuts and shapes using a plasma torch mounted on a computer-controlled gantry.
Members must take a class on basic safety and usage before using this tool.
